Courtney
Founder, CEO
Courtney founded Youcare Disability Services in 2018 with a passion for making a difference in this community. She worked as a support worker for several years before completing her Bachelors in Nursing. Courtney spends her spare time volunteering for charity organisations that have the shared goal of ‘improving the lives of people living with a disability’. Courtney’s mission is to encourage the independence of her clients and promote diversity and disability awareness. She values the training of her staff and believes that is the key to quality care.
Ashley
Ashley started her career as a support worker for many years before advancing into the management sector. Ashley’s experience as a support worker has given her a great understanding of what it’s like to be a support worker as well as a better understanding of what it’s like to live with a disability. Ashley is currently studying a bachelor of community services and strives to provide the best support for our clients. Ashley has excellent communication skills and is an extremely compassionate person.
Bryony
Bryony is a passionate and dedicated member of the YouCare team, currently studying Nursing while actively engaging with the community. With a strong desire to help others, Bryony brings both academic knowledge and a compassionate approach to her work. She thrives on connecting with clients and supporting them in building meaningful community engagement. Her commitment to caring for others, combined with her ongoing studies, allows Bryony to offer valuable insights and high-quality support to those in need.
Beth
Beth is a dedicated member of the Service Co-ordination team at YouCare Disability Services, where she passionately supports participants and engages with new staff through training sessions. With a strong commitment to community service, Beth combines her hands-on experience with her ongoing studies in Occupational Therapy. She’s enthusiastic about applying her academic insights to enhance the quality of care and support she provides. Beth’s hard work and dedication make her a valuable asset to our team and the services we provide.
Annie
Annie has been a valued member of the YouCare team for two years, bringing warmth and a deep sense of care to every interaction. She truly enjoys spending time with clients, listening to their needs, and ensuring they feel supported and valued. Annie’s dedication and friendly approach make her an integral part of the team, and her positive impact on the lives of our clients is immeasurable. With her experience and commitment to service, Annie continues to foster strong, trusting relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Warren
Warren has been with the company for a year, he has quickly become an integral part of the team, using his passion for design to support and enhance the lives of participants. Currently studying Product Design, Warren aims to apply his skills and knowledge to create innovative solutions that improve accessibility and quality of life within the disability sector. His dedication to combining design thinking with practical, user-centered solutions makes him a promising asset to the team, and his enthusiasm for contributing to the sector is inspiring.
